In this tutorial you will choose which emails WB Listora sends, and change what they say. You need the free WB Listora plugin, installed and active. It takes about four minutes. There are four steps. Open the notification settings. Turn an email on or off. Edit the wording of an email. Then preview it. Step one. Open the notification settings. In your WordPress admin, go to Listora, then Settings, then Notifications. Every email Listora sends has its own row, grouped by topic. The first groups are Listings, Reviews, Claims and Account. WB Listora Pro adds more groups, such as Credits and Needs, for its own features. Step two. Turn an email on or off. Each row has a switch and a To line that says who gets the email. Listing approved goes to the listing owner. Click the switch to turn that email off. The email stops going out once you click Save Changes. Step three. Edit the wording of an email. Click Edit template on a row. Subject and Message open below it. Both start empty, which keeps the built-in email. Type your own words to replace it. The placeholders under the box fill in details for each email, such as the listing title and the name. Click one to copy it. Step four. Preview an email. Click Preview on a row. You see the email with sample details, and your saved wording. Nothing is sent. When it looks right, close the preview and click Save Changes to keep your switches and wording. That is all four. Open the notification settings, turn an email on or off, edit its wording, and preview it. Your emails now go out as you chose, in your own words. Next in this series: Check which emails were sent.
