In this tutorial you will check which emails WB Listora sent, who got them, and what they said. You need the free WB Listora plugin, installed and active. It takes about four minutes. There are five steps. Open the Email Log. Read a row. Open an email. Filter the log. Then keep or export the log. Step one. Open the Email Log. In your WordPress admin, go to Listora, then Tools, then Email Log. It lists every email Listora sent, who got it, whether it went, and exactly what it said. Step two. Read a row. Sent is when it went out. Email is which email it was, with its subject. To is who got it. Result says Sent. If an email could not go, it says Failed, with the reason under it. Step three. Open an email. Click Details on a row. A panel shows who it went to, the subject, and the email exactly as the person received it. The three dots on a row hold Send again, which sends the same email once more. Step four. Filter the log. You can search the subjects, pick one kind of email, or type part of an address into Recipient email. Here the Recipient email box has narrowed the log to one kind of address. Click Apply to filter, and Clear to start again. Step five. Keep or export the log. Keep entries for sets how long the log is kept. Older entries are removed for you. Export CSV, at the top right, downloads the log as a spreadsheet. Clear log empties it for good, so use it with care. That is all five. Open the Email Log, read a row, open an email, filter the log, and keep or export it. You can now check every email your directory sent.
