How to set the basics of a WB Listora directory, step by step: listings per page, currency, distance unit, the Near me radius, and your country and city, all in Settings, then General, then Basics, then the result on the Directory page.

In this tutorial you will set the basics of your WB Listora directory: how many listings show on a page, your currency, your distance unit and where your directory is based. You need the free WB Listora plugin, installed and active. It takes about three minutes. There are six steps. Open the Basics section. Set listings per page. Choose your currency. Set distance and Near me. Add your country and city. Then see it in the directory. Step one. Open the Basics section. In your WordPress admin, go to Listora, then Settings. General opens first. Basics is the first section on the page. Every change here is kept when you click Save Changes, at the foot of the page. Step two. Set listings per page. This is how many listings show on each page of the directory, search results and grids. Pagination style, below it, comes with WB Listora Pro. In the free plugin, visitors move through numbered pages. Step three. Choose your currency. Pick it from the list, such as US dollars, euros or pounds. Every price on your directory, on listing cards and listing pages, is shown in this currency. Step four. Set distance and Near me. Choose kilometers or miles for the distance shown on cards and in search results. Near me radius is how far a Near me search reaches at first. Visitors can change it beside the search bar. Step five. Add your country and city. Country says where your directory is based. Leave it blank for a worldwide directory. City is optional, for a directory that serves one city. Where maps start is set separately, under Maps. Then click Save Changes. Step six. See it in the directory. Open the Directory as a visitor. With twenty listings to a page, the count reads showing one to twenty. Prices on the cards, such as this admission fee, use the currency you chose. That is all six. Open Basics, set listings per page, choose your currency, set distance and Near me, add your country and city, and see it in the directory.
