In this tutorial you will send listing events to other apps with webhooks in WB Listora, so a new listing or review can reach Zapier, Make or your own tools. You need WB Listora Pro, installed and active. It takes about four minutes. There are four steps. Open Webhooks. Read a webhook. Add a webhook. Then check the delivery log. Step one. Open Webhooks. In your WordPress admin, go to Listora, then Tools. Webhooks is the third tab, after Audit Log and Email Log. A webhook sends a message to another app each time a chosen event happens in your directory. Step two. Read a webhook. Each row has a name and the address it sends to. Sends lists the events it reports. Status says whether it is running. These two are Paused, so they send nothing. Resume would switch one on. Last delivery tells you when it last sent. Step three. Add a webhook. Open the Add Webhook form. Give it a Name, and paste the Payload URL your other app gives you. Secret is optional. It lets the other app check that a message really came from your site. Events is the list of things you can report, such as Listing Created, Review Posted or Claim Approved. Tick the ones you want. Then click Save Webhook. Step four. Check the delivery log. In the list, Delivery log opens every send for one webhook. Once events start firing, each send is listed with the event, whether it worked, the answer code, which attempt it was, and the time. This webhook has not sent anything yet. That is all four.
