How to save a search and get alerts in WB Listora Pro, step by step: run a directory search as a signed-in member, click Save This Search and name it, find your saved searches in My Dashboard, run one again with Run, and turn email alerts on or off with the Alerts switch to get a daily email of new matching listings.
In this tutorial you will save a search in WB Listora, and get an email when new listings match it. You need WB Listora Pro, installed and active, and a signed-in member account. It takes about three minutes. There are four steps. Run a search. Save the search. Find your saved searches. Then turn alerts on or off. Step one. Run a search. Sign in as a member, and open the directory. Search for a word, and pick a type, such as ramen in restaurants. Next to Filters you see Save This Search. It shows only for members who are signed in. Step two. Save the search. Click Save This Search. A small form asks you to name it. The box Email me when new listings match is ticked. Leave it, to get alerts. Then click Save Search. Step three. Find your saved searches. They live in My Dashboard, under Saved Searches. Each one has a name and the date you saved it. Click Run to search again with the same words and filters. Step four. Turn alerts on or off. The Alerts switch controls the emails for that search. With it on, you get one email a day that lists new matching listings. The switch is kept as soon as you click it. The bin removes a search for good. That is all four. Run a search, save it, find your saved searches, and turn alerts on or off. You will now hear about new listings that match what you look for.
