In this tutorial you will read the analytics in WB Listora, and see how visitors find and contact your listings. You need WB Listora Pro, installed and active, with Analytics switched on. It takes about four minutes. There are six steps. Open Analytics. Read the overview. Choose a period. Find your best listings. See what visitors search for. Then read saved searches and export. Step one. Open Analytics. In your WordPress admin, go to Listora, then Analytics. It shows how visitors find and contact your listings. Two tabs sit under the title, Overview and Search. Step two. Read the overview. Four cards sit at the top. Listing views, Contact clicks, Click-through rate, and Favourites and leads. A contact click is a click on a phone number, an email, a website or directions. The rate is contact clicks for each listing view. The chart below shows views and contact clicks for every day. Step three. Choose a period. The buttons at the top right switch between 7 days, 30 days, 90 days and 1 year. The cards, the chart and the tables all follow the period you pick. Thirty days is the starting point. Step four. Find your best listings. Top listings ranks them by views, with their contact clicks and rate. Visits by search engines and bots are not counted. Most favourited listings counts the favourites members added. You see totals only. Who saved what stays private. Step five. See what visitors search for. The Search tab lists the keywords people type into your directory, with how often. Keywords With No Results shows searches that found nothing. Each one is an idea for a new listing, and has an Add Listing link. Step six. Read saved searches and export. Most Saved Searches shows what members want to hear about. You see totals only. Export CSV, at the top, downloads the figures as a spreadsheet. That is all six. Open Analytics, read the overview, choose a period, find your best listings, see what visitors search for, and read saved searches and export. You can now see how visitors find and contact your listings. Next in this series: Let reviewers add photos.
