In this tutorial you will read the audit log in WB Listora, the record of every change in your directory. You need WB Listora Pro, installed and active. It takes about three minutes. There are four steps. Open the Audit Log. Read an entry. Filter the log. Then export the log. Step one. Open the Audit Log. In your WordPress admin, go to Listora, then Tools. The Audit Log is the first tab. It records who did what in the directory, and when. Entries older than ninety days are removed on their own. Here it shows reviews. Step two. Read an entry. Each row says when it happened, what happened, what it happened to, and who did it. This one is a review submitted on a listing, by the member named on the right. Details adds a fact, here the rating. Step three. Filter the log. The lists narrow it by action, by what it is about, such as listings, reviews or claims, and by time. Pick an action, such as Listing submitted, and click Apply. Now you see every new listing members sent, and who sent it. Step four. Export the log. Export CSV, at the top right, downloads the whole log as a spreadsheet file. The file holds every entry, not only the page you see. Keep it somewhere safe. That is all four. Open the Audit Log, read an entry, filter the log, and export the log. You can now see every change in your directory, and who made it. Next in this series: Choose which emails go out and edit them.
