In this tutorial you will deal with a listing that visitors reported in WB Listora. You need the free WB Listora plugin, installed and active. It takes about three minutes. There are four steps. Find reported listings. Read the reports. Check the listing. Then fix it, trash it or clear the reports. Step one. Find reported listings. When a visitor first reports a listing, your site admins get an email. The owner of the listing is not told. In Listora, then Listings, a Reports column appears while any listing is reported. The flag shows how many reports it has. Step two. Read the reports. Click the flag, and the listing opens with a Reports box in the sidebar. Each report gives the reason, such as permanently closed or inaccurate information, any note the visitor wrote, who sent it and when. Step three. Check the listing. Open it on your site. A report does not hide it, so visitors still see it while you look into it. Compare the hours, the address and the contact details with what the reports say. Step four. Fix it, trash it or clear the reports. If something is wrong, correct the listing here. If it is spam or closed for good, Move to trash. When it is sorted, tick Clear all reports on save, and click Save. The flag goes from the list. That is all four.
