In this tutorial you will approve or reject the listings members send in WB Listora. You need the free WB Listora plugin, installed and active. It takes about three minutes. There are six steps. Choose who approves. Find listings waiting. Preview a listing. Approve it. Or reject it. Then see it as the owner. Step one. Choose who approves. In your WordPress admin, go to Listora, then Settings, then Submissions. Moderation has two choices. Require admin approval holds each new listing as Pending until you decide. Auto-approve publishes it at once. Step two. Find listings waiting. Go to Listora, then Listings, and click Pending. Each listing a member sends waits here. Each row shows the type, the place and who sent it. Point at a row to see its actions, such as Preview. Step three. Preview a listing. Preview opens it the way visitors will see it. The bar at the top shows it is pending review. Read the details, the photos and the contact options. Visitors cannot see it until you approve it. Step four. Approve it. Back in the list, click Approve under the listing. It goes live at once. The owner gets an email saying the listing is approved. Step five. Or reject it. Click Reject instead, and you are asked for a reason. It is optional, and the owner reads it in their email. For several at once, tick them, and choose Approve or Reject under Bulk actions. Step six. See it as the owner. Now as Amina, who sent the listing. In My Dashboard, her listing reads Pending Review until you decide. Once you approve it, it reads Published, and visitors find it in your directory. That is all six.
