In this tutorial you will decide on the claims business owners send in WB Listora. You need the free WB Listora plugin, installed and active. It takes about three minutes. There are five steps. Open the claims queue. Read the proof. Approve a claim. Or reject it. Then see it as the claimant. Step one. Open the claims queue. In your WordPress admin, go to Listora, then Moderation, and click the Claims tab. A claim is a business owner asking to take over a listing. Claims waiting for you show under Pending. Step two. Read the proof. Each row shows the listing, who claims it, and the start of their proof. Click Details for the whole statement, any documents they attached, and their other claims. Step three. Approve a claim. Approve makes the claimant the owner of the listing, and they get an email. From then on, they manage the listing from My Dashboard. Any other claim waiting on the same listing is rejected. Step four. Or reject it. Reject keeps the listing as it is, and the claimant gets an email saying no. Changed your mind on an approved claim? Under Approved, the three dots hold Reverse approval, which gives the listing back to its earlier owner. Step five. See it as the claimant. Now as Mateo, who claimed the inn. In My Dashboard, My Claims shows the claim as Under review. It says he will get an email once you decide. That is all five. Open the claims queue, read the proof, approve a claim, or reject it, and see it as the claimant. Claimed listings now go to the people who really run them. Next in this series: Handle a reported listing.
