How to let reviewers rate listings on several aspects in WB Listora Pro, step by step: open Listora, then Listing Types and a type, read its Review Criteria, add a criterion with a key and a label, see Rate each aspect on the review form, and see the Ratings Breakdown on the listing page.

In this tutorial you will set what reviewers rate a listing on, in WB Listora Pro, so a review scores several aspects, not one. You need WB Listora Pro, installed and active. It takes about three minutes. There are five steps. Open the review criteria. Read the criteria. Add a criterion. See the review form. Then see the ratings. Step one. Open the review criteria. Go to Listora, then Listing Types, and edit a type. Here it is Restaurant. Under the fields, the Review Criteria box says what reviewers rate this type on. Step two. Read the criteria. Each row has a key, and a label. Food, Service, Ambiance and Value are the four for a restaurant. The label is what reviewers read. The key is the short name saved with each rating. If you clear every row and save, the type goes back to its built-in criteria. These four are Restaurant's. Step three. Add a criterion. Click Add Criterion. A new row appears. Type a key and a label, such as parking and Parking. The x beside a row removes it. This tutorial leaves it unsaved, so the type stays as it was. To keep a change, click Save Type, at the top right. Step four. See the review form. Signed in as a member, open the Reviews tab of a restaurant. Click Write a Review. Below the review text, Rate each aspect gives one row of stars for every criterion. Step five. See the ratings. On the listing page, Ratings Breakdown shows the average for each criterion. A visitor sees at once that this place scores well on food, and how it does on value. That is all five. Open the review criteria, read them, add a criterion, see the review form, and see the ratings. Reviewers now rate the things that matter.
