In this tutorial you will group the emails WB Listora sends into one digest a day. You need WB Listora Pro, installed and active. It takes about three minutes. There are four steps. Find Delivery Mode. Choose Daily Digest. Keep urgent emails instant. Then check the schedule. Step one. Find Delivery Mode. In your WordPress admin, go to Listora, then Settings, then Notifications. Scroll below the list of emails. Delivery Mode is where you choose how often those emails go out. Step two. Choose Daily Digest. There are three modes. Instant sends each email as it happens. That is how the site works today. Daily Digest holds every email back and sends them together, once a day at nine in the morning. Click it to choose it. Step three. Keep urgent emails instant. Digest plus Urgent holds back most emails, but sends urgent ones at once, such as claims and payments. Once you save, a list shows which emails go at once and which wait for the digest. Click Save Changes to keep your mode. Step four. Check the schedule. Digest Schedule shows when the next digest runs. It says Inactive until you save a digest mode. Once a digest is on, the next run time shows here, and Currently queued shows how many emails are waiting for it. That is all four.
