In this tutorial you will read every lead visitors sent to your listing owners, as the site owner, in WB Listora. You need the free WB Listora plugin, installed and active. It takes about four minutes. There are five steps. Open Leads. Read a lead. Find a lead. Reply or delete a lead. Then choose how long leads are kept. Step one. Open Leads. In your WordPress admin, go to Listora, then Listings. Leads is the second tab. A lead is a message a visitor sent through the contact form on a listing. Each owner sees their own leads in My Dashboard. As the site owner, you see all of them here. Step two. Read a lead. Received is when it came in. From is the visitor, with their email and phone if they gave one. Listing is the listing they wrote to, and Message is what they said. Step three. Find a lead. The links narrow the list to the last seven, thirty or ninety days. The boxes search names, emails and messages, or one listing. Type a word, such as tacos, and click Apply. Only the leads that mention it stay. Step four. Reply or delete a lead. Reply opens your email program, with the visitor already in the To line. Delete is in the three dots. It removes the lead for good, and the listing owner can no longer see it either. You are asked to confirm first. Step five. Choose how long leads are kept. Keep leads for sets the time. Older leads are removed each day. Click Save to keep your choice. A person can also ask for their own leads through Export or Erase Personal Data in Tools. That is all five. Open Leads, read a lead, find a lead, reply or delete it, and choose how long leads are kept. You can now read and manage every lead on your site.
