How to Reply to a Review and Delete Your Own Listing in WB Listora

How business owners run their side of a listing in WB Listora. On the listing page, open the Reviews tab and click Reply under a review to write a public reply (Edit reply changes it later). In My Dashboard, then My Listings, the More menu holds Deactivate and Delete. Delete asks you to confirm, then moves the listing to the trash, and a site admin can restore it. Business owners want to answer a review, and to manage their own listing, without emailing you every time. In this video an owner replies to a review on the listing page and finds Delete on their dashboard. You need the free WB Listora plugin. It takes about three minutes. There are three steps. Open the Reviews tab. Reply to a review. Then delete your own listing. Step one. Open the Reviews tab. This is a listing as its owner sees it. Click the Reviews tab. Under each review, the owner, an administrator or a review moderator sees a Reply button. Step two. Reply to a review. Click Reply. A box opens under the review. Write a public reply. It appears under the review for every visitor. Thank them, or say what you have changed. Then click Submit reply. Once a reply is there, the button reads Edit reply, so you can change it later. Step three. Delete your own listing. Open My Dashboard, then My Listings. Each listing has a More button. Click More. The menu has Deactivate, which hides the listing, and Delete. Delete asks you to confirm. The listing leaves the directory and goes to the trash, and a site admin can restore it. That is all three.
