How to moderate reviews in WB Listora, step by step: leave Auto-approve unticked in Listora, then Settings, then Reviews so new reviews wait as Pending, open Listora, then Moderation to the review queue, filter it, read a review in Details, approve it to put it on the listing or reject it to hide it, use Bulk action for several, and see that a listing shows approved reviews only.
In this tutorial you will check new reviews before they go live in WB Listora. You need the free WB Listora plugin, installed and active. It takes about three minutes. There are five steps. Hold new reviews for approval. Open the review queue. Read a review. Approve or reject it. Then see it on the listing. Step one. Hold new reviews for approval. In your WordPress admin, go to Listora, then Settings, then Reviews. Leave Auto-approve unticked, and each new review waits as Pending until you approve it. Tick it, and reviews go live at once. Below it, Minimum length and One review per listing set what a review needs. Then click Save Changes. Step two. Open the review queue. Go to Listora, then Moderation. Reviews opens on Pending when any are waiting. Search and the filters narrow the list, by rating, listing type, time, owner reply, or reviews visitors reported. Step three. Read a review. Each row shows the review, the listing, the author, the stars and the status. Click Details to read the whole review in a side panel. A reply waits until the review is approved. Step four. Approve or reject it. Approve puts the review on the listing. Reject hides it, and you can approve it later. Delete, under the three dots, removes it for good. To act on several reviews, tick them and pick an action under Bulk action. Step five. See it on the listing. Now as a visitor. The Reviews tab lists approved reviews only. The review still waiting is not here yet. Once you approve it, it joins this list and counts in the rating. That is all five. Hold new reviews for approval, open the review queue, read a review, approve or reject it, and see it on the listing. Only the reviews you approve now show on your listings.
