In this tutorial you will give trusted members the Listora Moderator role in WB Listora, so they can check new items without being admins. You need WB Listora Pro, installed and active. It takes about three minutes. There are five steps. Open Moderators. Read the team list. Add a moderator. Pause or remove one. Then see how work is shared. Step one. Open Moderators. In your WordPress admin, go to Listora, then Moderation, and click the Moderators tab. Moderators check new listings, reviews and claims. The cards count active and paused moderators, items waiting, and items done this month. Step two. Read the team list. Each row shows the moderator, whether they are active, what is in their queue, and what they did this month. Their role reads Listora Moderator. They can approve listings, reviews and claims, and edit listings. They cannot delete listings or change settings. Step three. Add a moderator. Under Add a moderator, type a member's name or email, and click Find. Next to the member, Make moderator asks you to confirm, then replaces their current role with Listora Moderator. New items reach them straight away. Step four. Pause or remove one. Pause stops new items for a moderator, who keeps the role and the current queue. Activate turns them back on. Under the three dots, Remove moderator role makes them a subscriber again. Step five. See how work is shared. New listings, reviews and claims go to active moderators in turn, one after another. In Listora, then Listings, the Moderator column shows who has each one. Items that arrived before you added a moderator read Unassigned. A moderator does not see items waiting for someone else.
