In this tutorial you will set how one listing type is approved, and whether it takes reviews, in WB Listora. You need the free WB Listora plugin, installed and active. It takes about three minutes. There are five steps. Open a type. Set its moderation. Set its reviews. Compare with the site settings. Then see it as a member. Step one. Open a type. Go to Listora, then Listing Types, and click Edit on a type. Here it is Restaurant. On the right, under Features, sit two choices that belong to this type alone. Moderation, and Reviews. Step two. Set its moderation. Moderation decides whether new listings of this type wait for you. Use the site setting follows the rule for the whole directory. Manual approval holds each new listing for you. Auto-approve publishes it at once. Pick one, then click Save Type, at the top right. Step three. Set its reviews. Reviews has three choices. Use the site setting, On for this type, and Off for this type. Off for this type hides reviews on every listing of it. The note below says that turning reviews off in Settings turns them off for every type. Again, Save Type keeps your choice. Step four. Compare with the site settings. Use the site setting points here. In Settings, then Submissions, Moderation is set for the whole directory. And in Settings, then Features, the Reviews and Ratings switch turns reviews off everywhere when it is off. When it is on, each type's own choice applies. Step five. See it as a member. This restaurant takes reviews, because its type follows the site setting and reviews are on. Open the Reviews tab. A member reads the reviews, and below them, finds the Write a Review button. That is all five. Open a type, set its moderation, set its reviews, compare with the site settings, and see it as a member. Each type can now follow its own rules.
