In this tutorial you will find your way around My Dashboard, where business owners work in WB Listora. You need the free WB Listora plugin, installed and active. It takes about three minutes. There are five steps. Open My Dashboard. Find your way around. Find a listing. Read a listing row. Then check your reviews. Step one. Open My Dashboard. Listora makes this page when you run its setup. Business owners work here, never in the WordPress admin. Overview sums up the account: active and pending listings, reviews, saved favorites and claims. Each card opens its tab. Step two. Find your way around. The sidebar groups the tabs under Listings, Marketplace and Account. The free plugin gives Overview, My Listings, Reviews, My Claims, Leads, Favorites and Profile. This site also runs WB Listora Pro, which adds tabs such as Analytics, Saved Searches and Credits. Step three. Find a listing. My Listings holds every listing you own. Search by name at the top. The status list narrows it to published, pending, draft, expired, rejected or deactivated listings, and more. Then click Apply. Step four. Read a listing row. Each row shows its status, its type, its services and how many times it was viewed. The buttons on the right open its services, edit it, view it, and More holds the rest. Later tutorials cover each one. Step five. Check your reviews. Click Reviews in the sidebar. Reviews on My Listings shows what visitors wrote about your listings, with a way to reply to each. That is all five. Open My Dashboard, find your way around, find a listing, read a listing row, and check your reviews. You now know your way around My Dashboard. Next in this series: Deactivate or reactivate a listing.
