Every message is saved in your dashboard and emailed to you.

In this tutorial you will read and answer the messages visitors send about your listings in WB Listora. You need the free WB Listora plugin, installed and active. It takes about three minutes. There are five steps. Open Leads. Read a message. Filter by listing. Answer it. Then see where leads come from. Step one. Open Leads. In My Dashboard, click Leads in the sidebar. Each message a visitor sends about one of your listings lands here, newest first. Step two. Read a message. Each one shows who sent it, which listing it is about, and when. Below is the message itself. Here, a visitor asks about a taco bar for an office lunch. Step three. Filter by listing. With several listings, choose one in the list. Then click Apply. Only that listing's messages stay. Clear brings them all back. Step four. Answer it. Reply by email opens your email app, with the listing in the subject line. When the visitor left a phone number, it shows beside it. Tap it on a phone to call. Step five. Where leads come from. On every listing page, visitors find a Contact owner form. Each message sent there is saved as a lead in your dashboard, and emailed to you as well. That is all five. Open Leads, read a message, filter by listing, answer it, and see where leads come from.
